What
Is?...
Smoking
Cessation... Simply
put, smoking cessation is a smoker who is quitting smoking. The
smoker made the decision to permanently stop the habit for any number of
reasons. Health tops the list of reasons to quit, while the
expense of smoking comes in second. Currently, one pack of
cigarettes is hovering around five dollars per pack. For smokers
who smoke one pack per day, they will spend $1825 per year. And,
of course, if that price never increases, a ten-year habit will run over
eighteen thousand dollars. Conversely, a three session package of
hypnotherapy costs $225, and takes three weeks to complete. Weight
Loss... Weight
loss is a fantastic goal for improving your life and your health.
The ripple effect from shedding pounds is never ending. After
several pounds disappear confidence will grow. Self esteem
strengthens. Energy levels increase. Positive attitudes
dominate. Health improves, while fatigue diminishes. There
is a desire to move more, to get out and experience new or forgotten
things. Motivation to shed even more weight bends all of these realisms
back to the beginning in a never-ending cycle. Health
& Wellness... Perhaps
you are recovering from surgery or illness. Or you feel sluggish
from being inactive during the winter months. Maybe you feel okay,
but want a renewed drive to feel better about yourself after some
personal hardships such as a separation or divorce. You now have
the ability to recharge your "batteries" and reshape your
self-image into the person you want to become. Sports
Enhancement... No
matter what your skill level is, no matter how dedicated you are to
performing, there is always a new level to reach. Anytime
mind and body work together in perfect unison a seamless, instantaneous
communication must exist. Cross country runners must go within
themselves to maintain their tempo. Tennis players need unwavering
confidence and nano-second reactions. Hunters must instantly
switch from calm searching, to precision reflexes without wasted motion
or lost time. Hypnosis can enhance all your fine motor skills and
keep you in the "zone" when you demand endurance. Anxiety
& Fears... People
have an amazing ability to avoid situations that make them anxious or
fearful. It's called self-preservation. Yet, sometimes our
natural instinct for self-preservation gets carried away.
Superstitions, spiders and speaking in public are three out of thousands
of issues people are afraid of. None the less, those issues that
we can rationalize as not being harmful, can sometime be debilitating
when the fear is too strong. Most everyone is afraid of something
that is not really harmful, but when that fear gets in the way of
living, it is time to eliminate that fear with hypnosis. Personal
Growth... You
feel great. Life is on track with your accomplishments. Your
faith is wonderful, and guidance from friends and family is
terrific. The future, however, is a little murky and
shadowed. You might be confused about what to do next. Where
your path might be leading you, and if you should change
directions. This is the perfect time get the edge that you
have not yet realized. That edge is from yourself.
While in hypnosis, your subconscious mind has an incredible sense of
clarity. Decisions can be made effortlessly, because the
subconscious mind is not inhibited by conscious thoughts. During
hypnosis you will understand what you want to do for yourself and your
life. Those really hard choices are now clear and simple. Pain
Reduction... When
pain is present it can infiltrate every aspect of a person whether awake
or asleep. It affects us both physically and emotionally. It
can change everything about who we are from our blood sugar level to our
perception of the world around us. Even grandchildren who come to
visit may notice the changes that you might not be aware of when you are
experiencing pain. The wonderful news about pain is that it can be
controlled and managed with your mind. Since pain is a product of
the mind, the mind has the ability to regulate it. Now is a good
time to control your pain instead of the pain controlling you. (Back
